Hi! I'm Reverend Natashia Mack (pronounced Na-ta-she-ahhh). I'm a wife, mama of four, with French and First Nation roots.

I'm also a cat lover, romance audiobook binger, nature girly, and lover of press-on nails and deep conversations. I love getting to know people beyond the surface, so if you ever want to share your dreams (or your secrets 😆), I’m all ears.

For over nine years, I've worked locally and internationally as a professional Psychic Medium and Mentor, but in 2024, my path expanded when I became an Ordained Minister. Since then, I’ve been pouring my heart into officiating weddings across Northern Ontario - from Sudbury to all over Manitoulin Island, North Bay, Killarney, and Elliot Lake.

I don’t just show up 5 mins before your ceremony, shake your hand for the first time and read a boring script…

I love getting to know the couples who hire me for one of the biggest days of their lives. I want to connect to your personalities, the inside jokes, the unexpected turns in your journey together, and all the little things that make your relationship uniquely what it is.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all ceremonies. Some couples want sweet, romantic with a sprinkle of traditional, others want lighthearted and genuine laughs, and most want a little bit of everything. Whatever your style, I'll bring your vision to life in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and authentically you.

I'm also the calm, grounded presence you can lean on throughout the process. I'll help you navigate the details, feel confident and prepared, and settle those last-minute nerves before you walk down the aisle.

I'm naturally warm, a little quirky, and someone who genuinely cares about the people I work with. I want you to feel comfortable enough to be yourselves, knowing you're in experienced, caring hands.

The I Do Experience - Starting at $700

Your love story is one of a kind. Your wedding ceremony should be, too.

The I Do Experience is my signature officiating service, designed for couples who value authenticity, meaningful moments, and a ceremony that feels entirely their own.

From our first meeting, I'll take the time to truly get to know you, your relationship, and your vision for your wedding day. Together, we'll thoughtfully plan every detail of your ceremony, from the overall flow to the little personal touches that make it uniquely yours.

I'll then bring your love story to life through a completely personalized ceremony, written with intention and delivered with warmth, confidence, and just the right amount of personality that matches your vibe.

My role goes beyond simply officiating your marriage. I'll guide you through the entire ceremony planning process, help you feel comfortable and prepared, and ensure your ceremony is as meaningful to experience as it is to remember - for you AND your guests.

Your Experience Includes

  • Personalized Ceremony Planning: A consultation where we'll get to know one another and plan your ceremony, including its structure, processional, wedding-party roles, music, readings, traditions, and meaningful details.

  • Custom-Written Wedding Ceremony: A thoughtfully crafted ceremony script, written specifically for you and reflective of your personalities, values, and relationship.

  • Your Love Story, Beautifully Told: Your unique journey together, personally written and woven into your ceremony, bringing laughter, happy tears, and those unmistakably you moments.

  • Vow & Ceremony Guidance: Professional guidance with vows, readings, special rituals, and other personal elements - totally optional. (Simple & sweet with no extras is also an option.)

  • Final Ceremony Walkthrough: A phone or virtual walkthrough to review the ceremony from beginning to end, confirm final details, and ensure you feel completely prepared. (Not to be mistaken for an in-person rehearsal on location with your wedding party.)

  • Ceremony Vendor Communication: Coordination of essential ceremony details and cues with your relevant vendors prior to the ceremony.

  • Wedding-Day Presence & Leadership: Arrival approximately 30 minutes before your ceremony to connect with your vendors, provide final guidance, and help everyone feel on the same page, comfortable and ready.

  • Officiating the Ceremony: A beautifully delivered ceremony with a warm, confident, and engaging presence.

  • Marriage Licence Care: Completion and mailing of your marriage licence documentation following your ceremony.

An in-person wedding rehearsal may be added for $150. Travel fees may apply.

The Signature Ceremony Experience - Starting at $1,200

All the beauty of the I Do Experience, with more of my time, guidance, and support on your wedding day.

Your wedding day is filled with moments you'll want to remember forever. And while so much thought goes into planning every detail, there's something incredibly valuable about having someone you know and trust there to help bring it all together.

Someone who knows your story, understands your vision, and has taken the time to get to know you.

That's exactly what I've created The Signature Ceremony Experience to offer.

Beyond creating and officiating your personalized wedding ceremony, I'll take on a more involved role in guiding, organizing, and supporting you and your loved ones throughout this meaningful part of your day.

From confidently leading your wedding rehearsal on location, to coordinating those final moments before you walk down the aisle, to helping your guests transition from ceremony to the next event and helping bring everyone together for family portraits afterward, I'll be there to make the experience feel effortless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.

So instead of worrying about the little details, you can be fully present for the moments you'll never get back.

Complete Wedding Rehearsal Leadership

I'll personally lead your in-person wedding rehearsal from beginning to end, walking you and your entire wedding party through every detail of the ceremony. From the processional and walking pace to positioning, music timing, entrances, and exits, we'll go through it all so everyone understands their role, knows what to expect, and feels comfortable and confident for the big day.

Dedicated Pre-Ceremony Coordination & Support

I'll arrive approximately one hour before your ceremony to oversee final preparations, communicate with vendors, organize your wedding party, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

I'll also be your trusted point of contact for last-minute questions, adjustments, and those little decisions that inevitably pop up. When decision fatigue kicks in, I'll be there to offer guidance, make on-the-spot decisions within your wishes, and take a few things off your plate so you can relax and enjoy the moments leading up to your ceremony.

Post-Ceremony Coordination & Photo Organization

My support doesn't end the moment you're pronounced married. I'll remain on-site for up to two hours after your ceremony to make important announcements, guide guests into the next part of your celebration, and help coordinate the transition into photographs.

I'll also work alongside your photographer to gather and organize family members and your wedding party for portraits, helping keep everyone informed and the photography process moving smoothly.

Because you deserve to experience your wedding day, not manage it.

  • A: Please use the buttons on this page or contact me at rev.natashiamack@gmail.com to get started. Then, to officially reserve your date, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Your date is not guaranteed until that deposit has been received. The rest of your payment is due 1 week before your wedding date.

  • A: Yes! I travel throughout Northern Ontario including Sudbury, Manitoulin Island, North Bay, Killarney, Elliot Lake, and beyond. Travel is included up to 30 km from Massey. After that, there’s a travel fee of $0.60/km.

  • A: 100%! No cookie-cutter scripts here—your love story, your vibe. 💕

    Every ceremony is written to reflect your love story. You get to decide on the tone—whether heartfelt, lighthearted, spiritual, or a mix—and I’ll craft a ceremony that feels true to you.

  • A: Weddings are my main focus, but I also offer Celebrations of Life and Baby Blessings.

  • A: Yes—I’m ordained through CIMM, which allows me to legally officiate marriages in Ontario.

  • A: Yes! I like to think of myself as your Wedding Bestie—I offer emotional support, creative ideas, and intuitive guidance along the way. I’m not a wedding planner or photographer, but I can offer ceremony planning support and I’m that extra calming, supportive presence to keep you grounded and feeling celebrated.

  • A: I offer a quick 15-minute consultation (by phone or Zoom) to make sure we’re the perfect fit and answer any additional questions you may have after reading through this page.
